COVID-19

At PhysioFITT, we take patient and therapist safety seriously. 

That’s why, prior to scheduling in-person physiotherapy services, we require the patient and therapist to answer the following COVID-19 screening questions

Are you experiencing fever, chills, shortness of breath, new or worsening cough, muscle aches, fatigue, sore throat, headache, loss of appetite, chills, runny nose, nasal congestion, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or loss of smell/taste?

Within the past 14 days, have you been in close contact with a person with COVID-19 (probable or confirmed) while they were sick (with symptoms listed above) or with a person who has traveled outside of Canada and has become sick?

Within the past 14 days, have you been in close contact with a person with COVID-19 (probable or confirmed) while they were sick (with symptoms listed above) or with a person who has traveled outside of Canada and has become sick?

Have you been instructed to self-isolate within the past 14 days (due to travel outside of Canada or other reasons)?  Have you been tested for COVID-19 and the results are not known yet?

If the patient or therapist answers “yes” to any of the questions above, we’ll schedule a tele-rehab session.

If the patient or therapist answers “no” to all of the questions above, we would be pleased to provide an in-person or tele-rehab session.

For in-person visits, PhysioFITT therapists will always have the right personal protective equipment and hand sanitizer to ensure therapist and patient safety.
